"This looks an attractive product. There is a good separation of grain. There is a fluffy, springy texture with a touch of crispness through the sprouts giving texture and interest. There is lightness and freshness around the grains and a natural nuttiness.

This is pale straw with mushroom-coloured hints and an attractive honeycomb structure. It is light as a feather but with a gently nutty texture and the aroma of earthy potato skins. Very clean finish. well made."
