"What an interesting concept. We liked the fact that the aroma was only mildly of banana....had it been more so we would have felt it to be synthetic. The taste is really unexpected. The natural sweetness of the fruit is there, full on. The potential uses are clearly very interesting, from baking to savoury dishes. Mixing with milk offered a slight challenge as it does have milk powders in it for easy blending, which was the only downside we could come up with. Flavourwise we really enjoyed it. It is an interesting addition to the larde and ideal for travellers.

This is an intriguing and enjoyable product. that delivers a really pleasant, natural banana flavour. The finish is very enjoyable, both on its own and with milk. The flavour is true, clean and natural, and judges commented that they thought it could be a most useful and enjoyable product. Perhaps a less sticky mouthfeel and finish could elevate this further."
